There are not enough words to express how grateful we are to Lisa for making our Palm Springs trip so memorable. From the very first email, she was professional, friendly, and incredibly organized. She clearly explained everything, the booking process was seamless, and the pricing was very fair.

From the moment we landed, we knew we were in great hands. Lisa was there to collect us on time and welcomed us with thoughtful special touches, really special. On the way to our hotel, she even took a slight detour to show us El Paseo after we mentioned we were interested in shopping. It was the perfect introduction to Palm Springs and showed just how thoughtful and accommodating she is.

Over the next couple of days, Lisa shared her incredible knowledge of Palm Springs with us. She recommended fantastic shopping and dining spots, and even made restaurant reservations for us. She patiently waited while we enjoyed our meal, never making us feel rushed.
